Almost 3 months in and everything looks positive. I am still having calf problems on trail runs but I do seem to be recovering faster and less prone to them. I love these gummies! They WORK!!!

I run from 50-60 miles per week and do crossfit on top of it. Since taking Venga's ultra gels, I've noticed that I'm not as sore as I should be. I'm able to get up, go for a run or do a workout and not be hindered by any soreness. I also feel like my recovery from the previous days runs or workouts is better. Certainly, I've made other changes but I believe Venga's ultra gels have overall been a good addition and happy to have found them.

The Aid Station Gummies taste great, and are super easy to take on my runs. I typically take 1 per hour proactively to keep joint pain in check.

Recovery Balm is a very good product but if I would change anything I would use a tube this way anyone would have better control and use more ;).
