Nanoemulsion is the process of breaking down a liquid substance into smaller, nano-sized particles. The average size of our CBD oil droplet is 25 nanometers, compared with 100-5000 nanometers that are usually obtained by using the industry-standard liposomal delivery method. This makes our CBD completely water-soluble which transforms active compounds into nano-sized emulsions making them highly bioavailable within your body and more permeable when applied to the skin. This proprietary formulation has been designed for optimum bioavailability and maximum absorption.

All of the hemp we use in our products is grown in Colorado. Extraction methods maintain the full plant profile – ensuring customers a full spectrum of cannabinoids, terpenes, and fatty acids from the natural plant. Cold, enclosed, and continuous manufacturing processes prevents the degradation of natural molecules during extraction and purification. No harmful solvents are used in the processing of our CBD oil and the final product is completely solvent free.

The CBD in our Ultra Gels is extracted using food grade ethanol. This method of extraction allows us to retain more of the other cannabinoids from the hemp plant and round out the complexity of our supplements. After our low-level THC oil is extracted, we filter it through a proprietary process to remove 100% of the THC without compromising any of the other 112 cannabinoids. The last phase is a purification process to remove any possible contaminants.

While there is no one-size-fits-all amount or frequency that works for every athlete, what we have found is that an initial amount of 25mg – 50mg taken daily in the first 2 weeks to a month will show noticeable effects on both your health and general well being. Once your body has adjusted to the addition of CBD supplementation, many of our athletes rely on a consistent 25mg dose per day. During periods of intense competition or training, our top athletes take upwards of 100mg per day to fully support their body after such strenuous activity. Our products have no THC, a banned psychoactive component of cannabis. WADA has approved the use of CBD. Please refer to this article from WADA for more information. PLEASE NOTE: It’s your responsibility to ensure that CBD is allowed with your testing agency.

We recommend taking Venga CBD Ultra Gels on an EMPTY stomach with water. This ensures the maximum amount of CBD is absorbed into your system. This is counter to many CBD products on the market that are NOT water-soluble. Products that are not water-soluble can be fat-soluble therefore it’s best to take those with food.

Since Venga CBD products ARE water-soluble, taking on an empty stomach is preferred.

The actual timing for the product to begin working will vary depending upon the individual and his/her metabolism. We generally begin to see results in overall focus and energy within 2-3 weeks when eating right and taking the correct dosage of CBD daily.

The recommended consumption of our product is 1-2 pills per day. We suggest that you begin by taking one pill each day until your body adjusts to the product. Once you feel comfortable, you can begin to add an additional pill each day for improved results.

There is no set time for which you should begin taking this product. Rather, personal preference is advised. For best results please ensure the CBD is taken on an empty stomach. Should you decide to add an additional pill to your daily regimen (for a total of 2/day) you can take these together, or you may take one in the morning and one in the evening!

Although these two oils are very different, it is not uncommon for one to be confused for the other.

Hemp oil, which comes from the seeds of the hemp plant, contains practically NO CBD.

Industrial hemp oil typically contains less than 25 parts per million, while CBD oil can be up to 90% CBD.

Hemp oil is used for cooking and is also an ingredient in lotions, soaps and even some foods, and while healthy, it has little to no medicinal value.

CBD oil, also known as Hemp Extract, is also a natural component of Industrial Hemp but is made from the “above ground” parts of hemp and not from its seeds like hemp oil.

Warning: because these products are related, some unscrupulous sellers of hemp oil are trying to market it for its medicinal value, which is negligible.
